Once you have booked your seat through the portal it’s a binding commitment and the applicable terms are as following:
Changing or cancelling a booking
Cancelling or changing your booking up to 4 weeks prior to the training start, 50% of the course fee will be charged. If a booking is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to the course start the full fee will be charged.
In the case where accommodation, venue, travel, entertainment and similar expenses are incorporated in the course fee those costs follow the same terms as for the course itself, unless another agreement has been reached.
In case a participant cannot attend and would like to give the seat to another person, this can be done free of charge, by informing us by email or in writing.
Cancelled or moved Training course
Necadium AB reserves the right to cancel or move planned training courses, where paid fees will be reimbursed. Necadium AB will do it’s utmost to keep commitments while unforeseen events such as labor strikes, natural disasters, accidents and similar situations might cause delays of changes to the training, for which Necadium AB cannot be held responsible.
In case of cancellation or changes Necadium AB will not reimburse costs for VISA, travel, accommodation and similar, which is why we recommend that you book arrangements that can be cancelled without cost.
Insurance / cancellation coverage
It’s possible to sign up for a cancellation insurance via ERV (European travel insurance) when booking a training course. Please contact ERV for more information about their terms & conditions as well as cost.
The course fee is due at the time of booking and should be made no later than 30 days prior to the start of the training course. In case of a late booking, payment is due before the start of the training course.
Payment is possible via invoice (select “book now”) on the course page, or by credit card using the online portal.
